In the beginning, the ancient Minoans in Greece believed that the world was in a state of dark nothingness which they called Chaos. Suddenly from light came mother earth Gaia and from her came the sky, Uranus along with the other old gods called the primordials. I really love mythology, it shows how creative humans were at trying to make sense of the world around them.
