This set can be finished in so many ways, try Gold or Silver Leaf, maybe painting the heart portion a bright red candy apple color, Verday Patina would be nice too, I think I will do one with an undercoat of black and rub a coating of Inca Gold over the surface to pick up the details then add a few small jewels to the crown.

I also like the idea of creating some detail on the surface of the heart with a stencil, art foamie or rubber stamp. See last image for example.
